Shipping & Orders

Where do you ship?

I currently ship to New Zealand, Australia, Canada, the USA, UK, Singapore, and Taiwan. If your country is not included, please contact me to check if I can ship there before ordering. I cannot ship to the EU due to GPSR regulations.

How long does delivery take?

Within New Zealand, shipping usually takes 1-2 business days but may take longer during busy periods. International shipping varies widely depending on the destination.

Are you shipping the the USA again?

Yes! NZ Post now offers a DDP (delivered duty paid) option so I am able to ship to the USA again. Tariffs on orders for the USA will be collected at checkout.

Any applicable tariffs for countries excluding the USA will be the responsibility of the recipient.  

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on our shipping partner's website.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary by destination and order size. You can see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

Miniatures

What materials do you use?

My primary material is polymer clay, but many of my pieces include other materials such as wood, metal, and ceramics to create realistic details.

Are these toys?

No! My miniatures are not suitable for young children and are not intended for play. They're also not edible, no matter how much you'd like a tiny slice of cake.

What scale are your miniatures?

I usually work in 1:12th scale (dollhouse scale), but occasionally I make pieces that are not to any specific scale, such as Christmas decorations.

Why is everything out of stock all the time?

Everything is handmade and I am one (chronically ill) person so I can't make as many miniatures as I would like. I try to update my shop about once a month and most pieces sell out within the first hour or two, so you really have to be there at the right time.

Do you take custom orders?

No. I don't take commissions or pre-orders. It's entirely first in first served. 

Do you have tutorials?

I share short tutorials on my social media pages. One day I might create longer, more detailed tutorials, but I'm not ready for that yet!

Returns & Support

What is your return policy?

I do not accept returns due to change of mind. However, if a product arrives damaged, please contact me with photos within two weeks of receiving the item, and I will do what I can to remedy the situation by repairing, refunding, or replacing.

How should I care for my miniatures?

Keep your miniatures in a dust-free environment and handle them gently. You can clean them with a soft, dry brush or cloth. Avoid water or cleaning products.
