Shipping policy

Shipping within New Zealand is by tracked courier, and goods are usually sent within two working days of order being placed, but may take up to five working days. I use overnight services where possible but South Island and rural deliveries may take longer. I cannot ship to PO boxes and Private Bags.

 

International shipping is via Economy Tracked - I am unable to offer time estimates and it varies a lot by country and how fast things get on a plane!

 

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. I can not redirect a parcel once it has been sent so if you notice an error please contact me immediately. I do not offer refunds if a wrong address results in an order being delayed or lost.

 

Shipping is calculated at checkout and starts at NZ$7 to New Zealand, NZ$20 to Australia, and NZ$30 to other countries. Orders valued at over NZ$500 will be split into separate shipments. 

 

Buyers are responsible for any tariffs or fees, although due to USPS tariffs for the USA will now be collected at checkout.
